Mother arrested for letting son smoke.

This is an interesting story. A mother actually went out of her way to help her son maintain his smoking habit and apparently is now facing prosecution.
So I guess the state should be in control over issues like this and not the mother? That is even though the mother approves, because the state does not, she gets arrested. I guess she should have just picked him up cartons at the right store, as opposed to getting a Taspo card for him.

That’s perfectly acceptable. Just because she’s his mother doesn’t mean she can break the law.
