DPJ lead in final Asahi poll

 What you are looking at is the final poll Asahi has taken before the upcoming House of Counselors election. The blue line is the DPJ and the red line is the LDP. Do I need to comment on this?

   I was surprised to see Komeito gain 2 points, haven’t really heard much of them recently. Typical Japanese Upper House election though, hardly any attention given to smaller parties at all, except for the Fujimori PNP candidacy, of course.
