Abe’s support rate down to 28.8%

Approval of Abe’s Cabinet dropped to 28.8 percent in the June 8-11 survey by Japan’s Jiji Press, down 10.6 percentage points from a month earlier, and its lowest since the leader took office in September 2006. Meanwhile, the disapproval rate climbed 14.8 percentage points from May to a new high of 48.4 percent.
