		<description>It's my understanding that the Lower House can force legislation through after sixty days of deliberation by the Upper House if the former has a two thirds majority, which is the case at the moment. You're right in stating that the SDF dispatch is unconstitutional, but I don't think it will prevent Japan under Abe from continuing its support.

Perhaps Ozawa will play up the fact that the DPJ has been consistent on this issue (they opposed the original legislation). Despite being seen in the 1990s as pro-U.S., a lot of his rhetoric lately has been quite dovish.</description>
