It is rogue and authoriatarian countries such as Iran and North Korea that we should worry about. So, yes, it is ok if America, France, China and Russia have nukes and Iran and NK do not. However, any hint at a pre-emptive nuke strike by the US is rediculous and only makes the US look bad. Please see my recent post on life after George W. on my blog and you will get an idea of how I feel.
